Jag personligen fick inte tillgång till någon egen större stereo förren när jag blivit lite äldre och då fick jag en cd-spelare samtidigt. Men även om cd-spelaren började bli stor betydde det inte att cd-brännaren fanns. Så all kopiering av musik i mitt pojkrum skedde från vinyl eller cd till band. Jag minns speciellt ett blandband jag hade i högstadiet med hårdrock på. Jag lyssnade på det bandet och enbart det bandet i princip ett helt läsår, det var mycket Metallica men även Manowar och Iron Maiden på det bandet.

När jag gick en runda och lyssnade på musik i min telefon så tänkte jag på vad bortskämd jag blivit med att kunna lyssna på vilken musik som helst när som helt och att det inte alls var så när jag växte upp. Om det var en låt som var populär och jag vill ha den på ett band så var jag tvungen att sitta och lyssna på radion tills den spelades och då spela in den, hoppas att hela låten spelades och att Kaj Kindvall inte pratade för långt in i introt.

Men jag tycker skivan som helhet från början till slut är väl värd resan genom ett svenskt punklandskap.
